More membership and privacy answersHow do I register for PositiveSingles from India?
Use the official PositiveSingles registration page and follow the steps shown there. You must be at least 18. Use an email address you control privately, rather than a shared work or family inbox. You do not create a separate account on this India information website.
Is registration free, and do I need Premium to log in?
Registration is free, and you do not need Premium simply to sign in. Free membership includes viewing and browsing profiles and replying to messages. Premium adds starting private conversations and other features. See the free and Premium comparison before deciding whether to pay.
Where should I enter my login details?
Select “Continue to official login” above and check that the address is on www.positivesingles.com before entering your details. This page has no password form and does not collect account credentials. Do not enter your password into a form sent by another member or someone offering account assistance.
What should I do if I forget my password?
Open the official login page and use its password recovery option. Check the inbox and spam folder for the email address linked to your account. If you cannot access that inbox, contact official member support; do not send your password or verification codes with your request.
Why can I not sign in to my account?
First check that you are using the correct account details and that autofill has not selected another saved login. Read any error message before trying again. If recovery does not help, tell support the error, when it occurred and your device or browser. Remove private details from screenshots. Do not create another paid account just to work around an access problem.
Do I need to send medical records to register?
No. The official PositiveSingles FAQ states that medical records are not required or verified. Do not send test reports to another member as an account-verification step. Membership is not proof of a person’s health status; read our health conversations and dating safety guidance for more context.
How can I keep my login private on a shared phone?
Avoid saving your password on a shared device, sign out when finished and review lock-screen message previews. A private browser window does not make an account anonymous or hide everything from other people with device access. If you think somebody has accessed your account, change the password through the official service and contact support.
